If your EXAMION detector becomes defective before the warranty expires, you will receive a new one from us immediately. Without any complicated application, in the usual high EXAMION quality and with a further five-year guarantee.

Easy process during the somewhat different 5-year guarantee

  1. If your EXAMION detector is defective,

  2. Simply call the EXAMION hotline on +49 711 120 002 0 . We will ensure that you receive an X-ray detector quickly and easily.

  3. This will ensure that you can carry out X-ray examinations again without delay.

Your benefit begins immediately

Month 0 - 24

If your detector becomes defective within the first 24 months, you will automatically receive a new X-ray detector with a new 5-year warranty.

Month 25 - 60

If a defect occurs in your detector within months 25 - 60, you have a choice:

  • a. You will receive an equivalent detector with a continued warranty
  • b. You receive a new X-ray detector with a new 5-year warranty period and you only pay for the warranty extension
