Participation
a) Each participant can only take part once.
b) Any natural person over the age of 18 residing in Germany who has been contacted by EXAMION is eligible to participate. However, employees of the organiser and their direct relatives are excluded from participation.
c) Participation in the competition is only possible during the competition period. The closing date for entry cards is 31.05.2023.
d) Entry cards received late or incomplete cannot be considered.
e) The organiser also reserves the right to exclude persons who do not fulfil the conditions of participation stated herein or who attempt to gain an advantage through manipulation. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and raffled off to a substitute winner.
f) Participation is free of charge.
g) By participating in the respective competition, you agree to these conditions of participation.
Participation procedure
a) The organiser has sent out entry cards. Receipt of the entry card entitles to participation.
b) Participants must answer three questions on the entry card.
c) Entry cards can be returned to the organiser by e-mail or by post.
Notification of the winners
The winners will be notified by EXAMION GmbH in writing or verbally. If the winner cannot be reached, the prize will be raffled again to one of the remaining participants.
The prizes
The main and consolation prizes are listed on the entry cards.
Prize draw
Prize draw will be done by random principle on 06.06.2023 among all eligible participants.
Data protection
The organiser collects and uses the personal data of the participants exclusively within the legally permissible framework.
The responsible body or person within the meaning of the FDPR or the GDPR is the organiser of the prize draw:

If you participate in the competition of the organiser, the following personal data will be collected by the organiser:
First name and surname, as well as the corresponding form of address.
Postal address
E-mail address, if the reply is sent by e-mail.
This data will be used by the organiser exclusively to determine the winner, to check compliance with the conditions of participation and to send any prizes. Data processing is accordingly based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
The organiser will delete the participants' personal data when it is no longer necessary for the performance of these purposes. This is usually the case when all prizes have been sent and the organiser has ensured that they have reached the winners undamaged.
Every participant has the right to request information about the personal data stored by the organiser in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR at any time. The same applies to erasure of the corresponding data by the organiser pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, as well as to rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR and to the restriction of processing of the data pursuant to § 18 GDPR.
In addition, you may object to data processing by the organiser based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. e or f GDPR under the conditions of Art. 21 GDPR. You also have the right to complain about the processing of your data to the competent supervisory authority.
Concluding provisions
Cash payment or transfer of the prize to third parties is not possible. EXAMION GmbH reserves the right to discontinue the competition at any time or to amend or adjust the conditions of participation at any time. The organiser accepts no liability for technical faults. All questions or comments about the competition should be addressed to EXAMION GmbH.
Should parts of these conditions of participation be inadmissible, invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. The competition is governed exclusively by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and the possible assessment of the fulfilment of the participation requirements.
