During recent years, Arzt & Praxis GmbH has been continuously focused on development in order to maintain and extend its lead in X-ray digitization know-how.
We are meeting the expanding needs of our users with the umbrella brand Examion by guaranteeing comprehensive knowledge and solid know-how in X-ray digitization, a broad product and service spectrum, and regional presence under a unified presentation.
Our fundamental guiding principle is a dedication to service. We have established both national and international structures that allow us to offer our end customers fast and reliable on-site support. We achieve this with a comprehensive network of distribution and service partners in Germany and throughout Europe. In addition, we have already established the German subsidiaries DIX-Ray Medical Imaging GmbH in Munich and EXAMION Medicine and X-ray Technology GmbH in Cologne. Alongside system technology for image generation and processing, these business units now also offer X-ray technology as a further service area. We are also planning to establish our own footholds in North and East Germany in order to offer and maintain our own new X-ray technology systems as a full service provider.
We are also pursuing this strategy at the international level with a tightly-knit service network providing a comprehensive range of services. For example, we have already established Swiss DR AG in Switzerland to do exactly this in cooperation with our Swiss partners. The same task is accomplished in Poland by DIX-Ray Polska together with our local partners there. Our regional network presence and our highly-motivated employees allow us to take advantage of the enormous opportunities coming our way and convert them into market success.
The customer base of the Examion Group has expanded in step with the growth of our product range over the years. At the moment we have almost 2000 customers among physicians in practice, veterinarians, and domestic and foreign hospitals who have helped make us a market leader by placing their trust in our products.
